Italian vegan cooking class

Giulia Raw Chef, True Italian & Berlino Magazine are happy to announce their first cooking class dedicated to italian vegan food.
On Saturday 12.10.2019, from 12 to 18, in a beautiful location on the river Spree in Kreuzberg (more details coming soon), we are going to present few “classics” of Italian culinary tradition in a new, creative, 100% plant-based version.
In 6 hours cooking class we will learn to create mozzarella for Caprese, Arancini with Venere rice (a black sort of rice from Piemont) and saffron, no-meat balls with classic tomato sauce & polenta, mediterranean salad with 2 dressings, and a raw vegan version of Tiramisu.
At the end of the course, we will eat all together enjoying the food paired with natural wines, italian as well.
The course will be held in English.
Minimum number of participants: 10 people. Max: 20

Participant’s registration is only valid upon confirmation of payment of the participation fees. After registration, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the event, for any reasons whatsoever.
